On the 15th June, we met up for breakfast at Jurong Point before boarding our bus at like 10 cause we were the first few buses leaving. Thank God for my Dad who drove me all the way to Jurong (not very) East from Tampines early in the morning!!!!!!!

We reached KL after a really good stop over at A&W, and a good 2 hours straight of charades after realising that we all (i.e. Das, Kee, Gid, Derrick, Grace, Eve, and I) couldn't sleep.
Also, we coordinated to lupsup cool yolo swaggie together so we were all in alibaba pants!!! I think this is going to be one of my school outfits these days, really.
Also, apparently for the past few years, meal times have been like war, so Keegen literally like set out things for us to take, so we could all have food as quick as possible and then have more time to eat and do life together. It worked la and we were always the only CG with a whole (way too much) load of food on the table within the quickest time. Basically we split into like girls get mains, a few get dessert, the rest get teh tarik LOL. Btw i gained a kg from camp no joke. Also really miss how i always face a table with an abundant of food, how someone would always say grace and there would always be the line "and please take away all the fats in Jesus' name". The tiny things, they make me so happy (':
It was also really cool because that very lunch, walls came crashing down and of all topics, we talked about our previous relationships! This was supposed to be a topic for the last night, but wow we just went in a circle, started sharing, laughed, did life, and it was amazing.
We then went for our first service, which ended up just being a whole night of just praise and worship more praise, and more worship, and being ministered to, and more praise. It was crazy awesome and it was only the first night, yet i still vividly remember how anointed it was, how crazily strong his presence was.
On the first night, during supper, a CG mate was sharing bout purpose in life, and we all shared quite a bit, i ended up crying quite a shit load cause it's just such a sensitive topic for me. But it was all good, it was really nice hearing all the encouraging stuff i was so blessed with. A few verses were also shared, and one verse mentioned was
John 17:3-4
And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given me to do.
It didn't really hit me then when Keegen mentioned it, but it's crazy awesome la cause something crazy happened the next day.

The next morning was insane because i didn't sleep much the previous night. I think i slept around 3/4 am which is absolute madness because everyone knows, Tan Weiling is not one who sleeps at odd hours. But yes, thus the weird hair and face when this photo was taken in the morning.
As per usual, we had an overly abundant table, with rather amazing omelettes. We also continued our round 2 on relationships LOL.
There was service before breakfast and lunch, and Pastor Lian preached. It was crazy like i've mentioned before, because Pastor Lian preached on purpose. Basically everything that my CG had discussed the night before, she covered it all. It was like really just super "bao ga liao". She even mentioned John 17:3-4 which was just mind blowing. Everyone from north D was so shocked afterward LOL. But the sermon was amazing, and was probably my favourite sermon during the whole camp. It really struck a chord in me, and it really really impacted my life.
To know God:
1) Agree with what He says you are
2) Agree with what He says you can do in Him
3) Agree with what He has given you

Wow at Ps Lian's sermons, because wow, it was just so powerful.
We had games after that we inter ministry, it was slightly boring because i felt like it was really just too large of a group. The games would have been really fun though.
And more food pix cos why not, everyone loves food. Also the food there is actually rather good, i'm amazed. I live for buffets. Really.
We had yet another sermon later that night with Pastor Dan preaching on #BeingADaniel.
I think the main thing i caught from this was that faith can really influence others, and when we believe in our God, we'll never find an injury on ourselves because He has delivered us Himself, personally. There were crazy a lot of take aways from that sermon, but these are just some of the few.

Also, ended up sharing again, and i ended up finding this slipped under our room door while Dasrene was taking a shower. It was 2 super sweet notes, and they're just so lovely!!!!
That should be it for Day 1 and 2. I'll be back for more. I can't wait to share more about everything in camp. Tomorrow's back to school and i dread it but am so excited as well!!!! Blessed day it shall be tomorrow, filled with favour and more favour, amen (-:
